Please carefully read the following privacy policy ("Terms of Use") before using this web site (the "Site") owned by WhatsIn Media ("WIM"). For the purposes of this document, all directors, employees, affiliated businesses, and content providers of WhatsIn Media are collectively referred to as ("WIM").
WhatsIn Media (refered to as "WIM", "our", and "we" for the purposes of this document) is committed to a user's(referred to as "you" and "your") privacy and protecting the information you provide while using our services. We ensure that this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used is easy to find. It is available in our footer and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

This Privacy Policy applies to our collection, use and storage of your personal information through the use of any of our services.
Collecting of Personal Information
WIM collects both personally(such as name, address, and email) and non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, and clickstream data) and stores that information in a secure database owned and operated by WIM.

No personal information can be submitted or posted on our websites through a user account by individuals under 15 years of age. An age check is required for all user accounts and any individual under 15 years of age cannot sign up for a user account with us.

Individuals between 15 and 18 years of age can sign up up for a limited user account which has filters applied to what they are allowed to search for. Unless otherwise disclosed at collection, we do not provide any personal information collected through WhatsIn from individuals under 18 years old, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
Use of Personal Information
WIM uses personal information gathered for, but not limited to, the following purposes:
  • Help improve WhatsIn and to help create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking and analyzing user preferences and trends;
  • To better understand users needs and help improve the usability and performance of WhatsIn;
  • To meet legal, regulatory, security and processing requirements, and otherwise as required or permitted by law;
  • To detect and protect WIM against error, fraud, theft and other illegal activity, and to audit compliance with WIM policies and contractual obligations;

This website sometimes contains hyperlinks to websites managed by third parties outside WIM's control. By activating these hyperlinks, you will leave WhatsIn for those of the third parties, which may have different privacy policies and practices than WIM. WIM cannot be held liable for the use of such third party websites. We do not endorse, in any manner whatsoever, or accept any responsibility for the information, content or other material which may be contained on such websites.
Disclosure and Retention of Personal Information
By providing us with your personal information, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of that information as described in this Policy as amended from time to time or as described at or before the time of collection, use or disclosure, as the case may be.

WIM retains the right to store your personal information in various mediums such as, but not limited to, electronicly and by physical medium. Storage of your personal information is subject to our security policy and is bound by the terms of this privacy policy.
WIM will protect your personal information by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. We use physical, organizational and technological safeguards to protect your personal information against theft, loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or disposal. Authorized WIM employees have access to this information and are bound to the terms of this privacy policy.

WIM make no warranties as to the security of any personal information you submit online, which you do at your own risk. WIM cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for any theft or corruption of data through the process of electronically submitting your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any and all changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on our websites and we will make the revised policy and change available upon request.
